On Saturday, November 15th, ITP held the Fall Challenge.
The case dealt with the Broadcast Flag, with teams representing broadcasters, consumer electronics companies, and consumer advocacy groups. Congratulations to each of the fifteen teams that participated! It was a challenging case with many complicated policy implications. ITP was well-represented by all teams.
