Since 1999, she has been President of Evolve Adapt Survive, a consulting firm specializing in strategic product positioning, corporate partnership and corporate mergers and acquisitions within the communications and data industries. Ms. Ekman has been involved in market positioning, strategic planning, technology assessment, business development and corporate acquisition in the networking industry for over 15 years. She has seen data networking evolvefrom the early days of IBM Systems Network Architecture (SNA), to early remote networking, to the introduction of Ethernet LAN's into corporate networks, all the way to today's leading edge technologies including wireless ethernet, Voice over IP networks and Optical Networks. Before founding Evolve Adapt Survive, Christine worked for NBI, National Systems and Research, U S West !nterprise, Bay Networks and Nortel Networks.
