Robert F. McKenzie

Mr. McKenzie is active on two company boards, Crown Castle International and Vector ESP. He was elected in 1996 to the board of then newly established Crown Castle International, Inc., CCI, an international wireless infrastructure and broadcast services provider where he serves on the Strategy and Audit Committees. In May 2001 he became a board member of Vector ESP, professional services provider for integrating network and application infrastructure through centralized server based computing.  Other boards Mr. McKenzie has served on include VeloCom, a fixed wireless service provider in Brazil, now owned by QualComm; Cordillera Communications, a wireless mobile service provider in Peru, Chile, Ecuador and El Salvador, now owned by Nextel International, Inc.; and, COSpace, a collocation provider for Internet, communications and data warehousing industries now owned by InterNAP.

Mr. McKenzie served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of OneComm, Inc., a Centennial Ventures backed mobile communications provider he helped found in 1990 until its acquisition by Nextel, Inc. in 1995.  From 1980 to 1990 he held general management positions with Northern Telecom, Inc, where he was responsible for the marketing and support of the Meridian Telephone Systems and Distributed Communications networks to businesses throughout the western United States. From 1966 through 1980 he held management positions at Memorex, Inc. and Eastman Kodak's Business Systems Division. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1966 receiving a BS in Business.
