Bio
Claus Kroeger is Senior Vice President of Operations for Cox Communications Inc. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of Cox's Eastern Division cable systems.
Kroeger joined the company in 1976 as Management Trainee at a former Cox system in North Adams, Mass. Kroeger has held various operations positions in the field and has served as Director of Operations and Director of Business Development for Cox in Atlanta. In 1990, he was named Vice President and General Manager for Cox Cable Middle Georgia, where he served until assuming responsibilities as Vice President of Operations for Cox Communications.
Kroeger holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama and an M.S. in telecommunications from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the Tower Club, Cable Television Administrative and Marketing Society, and Cable Pioneers. He has formerly served as Chairman of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association Coalition Opposing Signal Theft Committee, Chairman of the Cable Television Association of Georgia, board member for the Cable Center in Denver, and Treasurer for the Southern Cable Television Association.
