Bio
Josh Dickman is a consultant for Accenture's infrastructure network technology group focusing on data network and contact center technology architecture, implementation and operations. Since 2000, he has worked in all major US industries (financial services, resources, government, healthcare and pharmaceutical) with various assignments (network assessment, enterprise network transformation, convergence, call center / telephony and wireless) for numerous clients throughout the US and the world.
Prior to joining Accenture, Josh worked for IBM Global Services in a network operational support organization while attending college.
